The Fort Smith Public Schools (FSPS) Foundation proudly celebrates the exceptional employees recognized through the 2023–2024 FSPS Foundation Recognition Program. This initiative honors staff members who go above and beyond in their commitment to student success, educational excellence, and positive leadership.

Nominated each quarter by colleagues, students, parents, and community members, these individuals embody the values of kindness, relationship-building, and continuous professional growth.
